Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot is a whopping $340 million, with a cash option of $204 million.
The winning numbers are 21, 22, 39, 59, 68. The Mega Ball drawn was 2. The Megaplier is 2x.
If there is no winner, the jackpot will grow for Tuesday's drawing.
The highest jackpot ever in the game: On March 30, 2012, Mega Millions produced a $656 million jackpot, split three ways.

Choosing the lump sum payment of $204 million would mean forking over $51 million to the IRS and netting $153 million.
The annuity option would result in $85 million going to the federal government over 30 years, leaving you with $255 million.
Unless you live in a place that does not tax lottery wins, you can expect to pay additional taxes to your state.
The Mega Millions drawing takes place at 10:59 p.m. and will be broadcast live on the following TV stations throughout the state:

Regardless of the payment option you choose, the federal government gets 25 percent of the loot. With the lump-sum choice, this would mean the IRS takes $51 million of the $204 million, according to estimates from lottery site USAMega.com. That would reduce the winner’s take to $153 million.
